Dustpaw's Ceremony

Wolfstar leapt up on top of the Shining Rock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, join beneath the Shining Rock for a clan meeting!" he called. He sat down on the Shining Rock and waited for his clan to gather

Seeing that every cat was there, he began. "Dustpaw, you are ready to become a warrior. Dustpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend the clan even at the cost of your life?" the apprentice meowed a solemn "I do." "Very well. From this moment on, you will be known as Duststorm."Wolfstar jumed down from the rock and rested his muzzle on his head, and he gave him a quick lick on his shoulder in return. Before cats began to call his name, he meowed, " You will sit a silent vigil tonight and your duties start tomorrow."

[Goldenblaze]

Goldenblaze's voice called out with the rest of his Clan mates whemn Wolfstar was finished speaking, "Duststorm, Duststorm!"

He padded up to the newly made warrior, "Congratulations, Duststorm," he mewed to him.

[Jet$tar]

Batflight sat next to Coalstorm, feeling rather small next to the big tom. Both of the cats began cheering for the new warrior with their fellow clanmates, '' Duststorm! Dustorm! ''

[Birdsong]

Birdpaw padded over to the new warrior and purred loudly. She'd never been particularly close to Duststorm when he'd been an apprentice, but still, it was always nice to see a fellow Clanmate advance in rank. "Congrats," she meowed sincerely.
