Wolfstar leapt up on top of the Shining Rock. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, join beneath the Shining Rock for a clan meeting!" he called. He sat down on the Shining Rock and waited for his clan to gather
Seeing that every cat was there, he began. "Squirrelkit, you have reached the age of six moons and are ready to become an apprentice. Until she has earned her warrior name, she will be known as Squirrel. Coalstorm, you are ready for an apprentice, mentor Squirrelpaw with the best of your ability. Also, Maplepaw is ready to become a warrior. Maplepaw, do you promiste to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend the clan even at the cost of your life?" the apprentice meowed a solemn "I do." "Very well. From this moment on, you will be known as Maplebreeze. Starclan honors you for your spirit and kindness. We welcome you as a full warrior "Wolfstar jumed down from the rock and rested his muzzle on her head, and got a quick lick on his shoulder in return. Before cats began to call her name he meowed, " You will sit your silent vigil tonight and your duties start tomorrow."

Maplebreeze congratulated Squirrelpaw on becoming an apprentice. She then proceded to rapidly spin in a circle once before trotting over to Leopardfrost, a massive grin on the she-cats face. Ah, it was like being a kit all over again! Full of so much energy, you feel like you could run on water until you went to join StarClan themselves. The newly made warrior spun in a circle again, then began to peice herself back together. Soon enough, she was as calm as an elder-on the outside atleast.

Coalstorm stepped up proudly as his named was called. Oh wow, I'm going to be a mentor! My first apprentice! The tom thought excitidly to himself. He reached down and touched noses with Squirrelpaw, '' You're doing great Squirrelpaw, you're fit to be a warrior already! '' he purred to the youg she-cat encourgingly. '' Squirrelpaw! Maplebreeze! '' he chanted with the clan. When the cats began breaking up into small groups Coalstorm foudn his way to Maplebreeze, '' Congradulations Maplebreeze, welcome to the warriprs' den! '' he meowed to the young warrior. He padded over to his mate, Snowfur, and took a seat. '' Our kits will be warriors like Maplebreeze one day, '' he purred as he twined his black tail with her white tail.
Batflight sat toward the back of the group, her amber eyes shining happily as Squirrelkit was made an apprentice and Maplepaw was made a warrior. The clan was growing so big and every cat's training was going brilliantly. Life in the clan was so peaceful and happy, if only it could last like this forever. The she-cat walked over to Maplebreeze and touched noses with the new warrior, '' Congradulations Maplebreeze, '' the deputy meowed to her and then padded over to Squirrelpaw. Batflight had taken a liking to the orphan ever since she had first talked to her and explained some of the clan life to her. Batflight liked to think of Squirrelkit almost as her own, '' I'm so proud of you Squirrlepaw, you've grown so much. '' she meowed and then licked the kit between her ears. [/size]

"Of course I would Squirrelpaw! You may not be my age, but your my little friend."
She said as her mate sat down.
"I know, and I was just telling Squirrelpaw that she could mentor our kits if you get her trained in 6 moons."

Wolfstar padded over, a look of amusement on his face. "Planning to become leader already? Wow, kits, I mean apprentices nowadays! Well, that's my decision, but if she's a ready warrior by that time, I see no problem with that."
