The night wind blew and the leaves rustled. Two people stood in a dimly light alleyway."Do you have the book?" "Yes, right here. If you don't follow through wi-" "I don't break a promise." One of the two handed over an old, ragged book with a crescent moon.
In the light you could just make out Nights Ending.
Chapter One
Sarah and Jane were more than just two, normal sixth graders. They were more than two best friends who were alike in almost every way. They were part of a hunt for a book, foretold to have all the secrets of the past, present and future. They have gone through many situations that put their lives on the line and traveled around the globe. You name it; they've done it and gone there. Just for this book. This old and torn book with the secrets of time.
