Cloudkit looked up at Weeping as he landed in front of her and she shook her head. "I didn't follow you, Weepingkit. I just had a fight with Rainkit, and..." she paused for a moment before her blue eyes widened in shock and she stared at Weepy for a long moment, rerunning what he'd said in her head.

What are you doing here? Why did you try to follow me? Is everything all right my love?

My love.

Cloudkit swallowed and finally managed to rearrange her expression so she didn't look so stunned. "Well, um... Rainkit and I, we got in an argument... silly sister she-cat thing," she stammered out at last. "But I'm fine, honest. Are you okay? You seemed pretty freaked before..."

[Weepingkit]

Weepy plopped down onto the ground sighing as dust filled his sites.
" Yeah, I'm fine now, thanks for asking. Its just that I was worried about you, I thought there was a rouge there and if anything happened to you then...I-I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I love you Cloudkit." He said looking up at Cloudkit, his blue eyes shimmering in the light.

Cloudkit was quiet for a long moment, staring into Weeping's eyes. She'd heard him. He'd said he love her. He loved her. Not Rainkit. Her. And from his eyes, he was being sincere. Weepingkit really, truly loved her.

Slowly, her face split into a beaming smile, and she was about to tell him she loved him too when she heard a twig snap. She spun around, trying to locate the origin of the sound.

"Who's there?" she demanded, backing up beside Weepingkit and pressing her flank to his. "Hello?"

Rainkit was furious. She crept up silently on the moony couple. What had happened? Weepingkit used to like her! And now, he was all over her sister? She. Would. Not. Have. It. She grew closer and closer, fury boiling inside of her. How dare Cloudkit ask for Weepingkit to come and enjoy her? She took another step. She was a traitor! And another step. W-why didn't Weepingkit love her? And another. Wh-what had she done wrong? Snap! The twig broke beneath her paw. Cloudkit's ears pricked and she backed towards Weepingkit. "Whose there? Hello?" she called, fear crawling on her face.

Rainkit stepped out of the brush, a tear trickling down the side of her face. "How could you? How could you do this to me?" she cried, her eyes angry, yet sad; betrayed and broken. She looked away from them. She couldn't bear to see them together. For a kit, she had alot of stress in her life, and already had a broken heart.

Weepingkit knew who it was before she came out. *Rainkit? Oh no...* he thought to himself as the crying face of Rainkit entered the scene.
"How could you? How could you do this to me?" she cried, Weepy backed up a moment than stopped. Then walked up to Rainkit and whispered into her ear.
"Learn forgiveness and try to forget, and as you say repetitively to your sister. Stop being such a kit. You lost, she won." he finished saying before backing up towards Coudkit.

[Ember~Rain]

Rainkit sobbed harder. She stared at the ground, refusing to look up. Her chest was twisted with pain. Her heart seemed to throb, engulfing her body in pain. Her legs felt weak and woobly. But, she wasn't all that sad any more. Fury and betrayal had engulfed her. She suddenly snapped her head up and quickly unsheathed her claws. She slashed them across Weepingkit's face, where other scars had been. "You are an ass, Weepingkit. I hope you burn in the pits of Hell!" And with that, Rainkit shot off, running away from everything but the pain she still felt.

Cloudkit stared after Rainkit in dismay. Her sister was heartbroken about Weepingkit's choice--she obviously felt betrayed, too. But it wasn't Cloudkit's fault. It had been Weepingkit's choice, after all, and she couldn't force him to change his mind, even if she wanted to. And she didn't.

"Maybe I should talk to her..." she mewed uncertainly, knowing that if she did so she'd more like end up losing her ears than mending their relationship.

She glanced at Weepingkit then and frowned, wondering what exactly had made him choose her. She wasn't as pretty as Rainkit, or as lean or lithe, and yet he'd chosen her. Why? She mulled the question over, considering it, but she still couldn't figure it out. In the end, words tumbled from her mouh before she could stop them.

"Why did you pick me?"

Cloud was aware how rude and ungrateful that sounded, and she hadn't meant for it to be that way. She cringed internally, but kept a straight face as she waited for Weepy to give her his answer. Though the question had been porrly phrased, she still wanted the answer.

Weeping who was still cringing from the hit to his scar was shocked!
*Why did I pick her?* He then turned to Cloudkit and nuzzled her.
"I chose you because you were there, when other weren't, you were there when I needed help. I didn't pick Rainkit, I picked you. You are stronger than her. In body and soul. You are my turtle dove." He said as he licked her behind the ear.
